Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are required for ResponseIQ to function properly. These cookies cannot be disabled because the platform would not work without them. They do not track you for advertising purposes and contain no personal information beyond what is necessary for session management.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)
Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with the ResponseIQ platform so we can improve the user experience. These cookies are entirely optional and are only set if you explicitly consent to them through the cookie consent banner.

When analytics cookies are enabled, we collect aggregated, anonymized usage data such as which pages are visited most frequently, average session duration, and general geographic region. This data is used exclusively to improve ResponseIQ and is never sold to third parties or used for advertising.

If you decline analytics cookies, the platform functions identically. Analytics cookies provide no user-facing features — they only help our team understand usage patterns to prioritize improvements.
Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit ResponseIQ, a cookie consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. The banner gives you two options:
- Accept All — enables both essential and analytics cookies.
- Essential Only — enables only the cookies required for the platform to function. No analytics data is collected.
Your preference is saved in the cookie_consent cookie and persists for one year. After that, or if you clear your browser cookies, the banner will appear again so you can make a fresh choice.
Changing Your Cookie Preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time without waiting for the consent banner to reappear.
- Navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Locate the "Cookie Preferences" section.
- Toggle analytics cookies on or off according to your preference.
- Click "Save Changes" to apply your updated preference.
Pro Tip
If you previously accepted analytics cookies and later disable them, the analytics cookies will be cleared from your browser on your next page load. No further analytics data will be collected from your sessions.
Third-Party Cookies
ResponseIQ does not set any third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies that may appear are from Google Analytics (if you have opted in to analytics cookies) and from Stripe (during the checkout and billing management process). Stripe cookies are categorized as essential because they are required for secure payment processing.
