Theme Identification

Each strength theme includes several pieces of information:

• Theme name: A concise label describing the strength, such as "Friendly Staff" or "Food Quality."
• Mention count: The number of reviews that reference this theme.
• Mention percentage: What proportion of your total reviews mention this strength.
• Description: A brief AI-generated summary of what customers are saying about this topic.
• Keyword tags: Specific words and phrases extracted from reviews related to this theme.
• Example quotes: Direct quotes from actual reviews that exemplify the strength.

Keyword Tags

Each strength theme comes with a set of keyword tags. These are the specific words and phrases your customers use when praising this aspect of your business. Keywords are useful for understanding the exact language your customers associate with your strengths, which can inform your marketing and messaging.

Using Strengths Data

Your strengths data tells you what to keep doing and what to amplify. If "Friendly Staff" is your top strength, it means your hiring and training practices are working well in that area. Consider recognizing the team members responsible and reinforcing that behavior.

• Share strength reports with your team to boost morale and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Use top strengths in advertising and marketing campaigns as genuine selling points.
• Monitor strength mention percentages over time to ensure they remain consistent.
• If a strength starts declining in mentions, investigate whether something has changed operationally.

Example Quotes

Each strength theme includes 2-3 example quotes pulled directly from your reviews. These quotes are selected by the AI as the most representative and impactful examples of that particular strength. They provide concrete evidence of what customers are experiencing and can be useful for staff training, marketing materials, or internal presentations.
