What Are Additional Review Packs
Additional review packs are bundles of extra AI response credits that you can purchase on-demand. They are designed for months when review volume exceeds your plan's quota — seasonal spikes, marketing campaigns, or viral moments that drive a surge of customer feedback.
Note
Additional review packs are only available to locations on the Premium plan. Basic plan locations that need more responses should consider upgrading to Premium first.

Pro Tip
The 200-response pack offers the best per-response value at $0.20 each. If you regularly need extra responses, buying larger packs saves money over time.
How to Purchase
- Navigate to Settings > Billing or click the quota warning banner that appears when usage exceeds 80%.
- Find the location that needs additional responses and click "Buy More Responses".
- Select a pack size from the options.
- Confirm the one-time charge. Payment is processed immediately through Stripe.
- The additional responses are added to your current month's quota instantly.
Important Details
- Additional responses are added to the current billing period only. Unused responses from a pack do not roll over to the next month.
- You can purchase multiple packs in the same billing period if needed.
- Pack purchases appear as separate line items on your invoice.
- There is no limit to how many packs you can buy per month.
Important
If you find yourself buying packs every month, it may be more cost-effective to add a second location subscription or evaluate whether your quota needs a structural solution rather than one-off top-ups.
