Who Should Choose Basic
The Basic plan is ideal for small to mid-sized locations that receive up to 100 reviews per month and want a hands-off experience for positive reviews. If most of your reviews are 4 or 5 stars, the auto-publish feature handles them automatically without any manual intervention. You still see every response in your dashboard and receive email notifications.
Limitations
The Basic plan does not include the ability to edit or regenerate AI responses before publishing, custom prompt instructions per star rating, or the manual approval workflow. If you need granular control over response content — especially for low-star reviews — consider the Premium plan.

You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
