How Annual Billing Works
Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment for 12 months of service. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date the following year. The monthly AI response quota (100 for Basic, 300 for Premium) still resets every 30 days — annual billing changes only how you pay, not how quotas work.
Note
Each location's billing cycle is independent. You can have some locations on monthly billing and others on annual billing.
Switching to Annual Billing
- Go to Settings > Billing and find the location you want to switch.
- Click "Change Billing Cycle" next to the location's current plan.
- Select "Annual" and review the prorated amount shown.
- Confirm the change. Stripe charges the prorated annual amount immediately, crediting any unused days from your current monthly cycle.
Pro Tip
If you are managing multiple locations, switching all of them to annual billing at once can result in meaningful savings — up to $99.89 per location per year on Premium.
Switching Back to Monthly Billing
You can switch back to monthly billing at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current annual period — you will not lose any prepaid time. After the annual period ends, you will be billed monthly at the standard rate.
