Canceling Your Subscription

Cancel a location's subscription when you no longer need AI-powered review responses. Cancellation is per-location, your access continues until the end of the billing period, and all data is retained if you decide to return.
How to Cancel
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Find the location whose subscription you want to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the location.
- A confirmation dialog explains that the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and that data will be retained.
- Click "Confirm Cancellation" to proceed.
Per-Location Cancellation
Cancellation applies only to the specific location you select. Other locations on your account are unaffected and continue on their existing plans. If you want to cancel all locations, you must cancel each one individually.
What Happens After Cancellation
After confirming the cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. During this time, auto-replies continue to work and you can still use all plan features. Once the period ends:
- Auto-reply is disabled for the location.
- No new AI responses can be generated.
- The location appears as "Inactive" on your Locations page.
- All historical data — reviews, responses, analytics — is retained indefinitely.
- You are not charged again for this location.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe a canceled location at any time by clicking "Reactivate" on the Locations page and selecting a plan. Your historical data is automatically linked to the new subscription, and review sync resumes within minutes.

If you are canceling due to cost concerns, consider downgrading to the Basic plan instead. At $29.99 per month, it keeps your reviews managed at a lower price point.
