Accessing the Stripe Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click the "Manage Billing" button. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
  3. In the portal, you will see a list of all invoices, payment methods, and subscription details.

Note

Only the account Owner can access the Stripe customer portal. Admins, Managers, and Viewers do not have billing access.

Viewing Invoices

The Stripe portal lists every invoice in reverse chronological order. Each invoice shows the date, amount, location name, plan, and payment status (paid, pending, or failed). Click any invoice to see a detailed breakdown including taxes, discounts, and proration adjustments.

Downloading PDF Receipts

Every paid invoice has a "Download PDF" link. The PDF receipt includes your business name, the charge description, amount, payment method (last four digits), and a unique invoice number. These PDFs are suitable for expense reports and accounting records.

Pro Tip

Stripe also sends a receipt email to the account Owner's email address after every successful payment. Check your email if you need a quick copy without logging into the portal.

Payment History

The payment history section in the Stripe portal shows all transactions associated with your account, including successful charges, refunds, and failed payment attempts. Use this to reconcile your ReviewPilot charges with your bank or credit card statements.
