Understanding Per-Location Billing
ResponseIQ plans are billed per location. Each connected Google Business Profile location requires its own subscription. For example, if you manage three locations on the Basic plan, your monthly cost would be $29.99 multiplied by 3, totaling $89.97 per month. This ensures each location gets its full quota of AI responses.
Note
You can mix plans across locations. For example, a high-traffic flagship store might use the Premium plan while lower-volume locations use Basic.
Annual Savings
Both plans offer a significant discount when billed annually. The Basic plan drops from $29.99 to $24.99 per month (a savings of $60 per year per location), and the Premium plan drops from $49.99 to $41.66 per month (a savings of approximately $100 per year per location). Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year.
Pro Tip
If you are unsure which plan to choose, start with the Basic plan on monthly billing. You can upgrade to Premium or switch to annual billing at any time from your Billing settings.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Choosing the right plan depends on your monthly review volume and whether you need the ability to edit AI responses before publishing.
- Choose Basic if your location receives fewer than 100 reviews per month and you are comfortable approving AI responses as-is.
- Choose Premium if your location receives a high volume of reviews, you want to fine-tune AI responses before publishing, or you need priority support.
- If you are a franchise or agency managing many locations, contact our sales team for volume pricing.
How to Subscribe
- Log in to your ResponseIQ dashboard and navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click "Choose Plan" next to the location you want to subscribe.
- Select either Basic or Premium and choose monthly or annual billing.
- Enter your payment details. ResponseIQ accepts all major credit cards.
- Click "Subscribe" to activate your plan immediately.
- Your quota begins on the date of subscription and resets monthly from that date.
