Creating Your Account
Quick Summary
Creating a ResponseIQ account takes just a few minutes. You can sign up with an email address and password or use Google OAuth for one-click registration. Once your account is created and verified, you can immediately connect your Google Business Profile and start managing reviews.
Sign-Up Options
ResponseIQ offers two ways to create your account. You can choose whichever method is most convenient for you.
- Email and password — enter your name, company name, email address, and a secure password.
- Google OAuth — click the "Sign up with Google" button to use your existing Google account. This pre-fills your name and email automatically.
Pro Tip
If you plan to connect a Google Business Profile, signing up with Google OAuth can streamline the process since you will already be authenticated with Google.
What Information You Need
Regardless of which sign-up method you choose, ResponseIQ collects the following information during account creation:

Creating Your Account Step by Step
- Navigate to the ResponseIQ sign-up page at app.responseiq.com/sign-up.
- Choose your registration method: email/password or Google OAuth.
- If using email, fill in your full name, company name, email address, and a secure password. If using Google, select the Google account you want to use.
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click "Create Account" to submit your registration.
- Check your inbox for a verification email (email sign-up only) and click the confirmation link.
Email Verification
If you registered with an email address and password, you will receive a verification email within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to confirm your address and activate your account. Until you verify, some features may be restricted.
Important
If you do not see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new verification email from the login page by clicking "Resend verification email." Verification links expire after 24 hours.
Note
Accounts created via Google OAuth are verified automatically since Google has already confirmed your email address.
After Account Creation
Once your account is created and verified, you will be directed to the onboarding flow. The next step is connecting your Google Business Profile so ResponseIQ can access your reviews. You will start on the free tier and can choose a paid plan at any time to unlock AI response generation and publishing.
