Understanding Your Dashboard
Quick Summary
The ResponseIQ dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of your review management activity. It displays key metrics, quota usage, and quick action buttons so you can monitor performance and jump into common tasks without navigating through multiple pages.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in to ResponseIQ, the dashboard is the first thing you see. It is designed to surface the most important information immediately: how many locations you are managing, how many reviews have come in, how many AI responses have been generated, and how much of your monthly quota you have used.
Key Metrics
The top section of the dashboard displays four metric cards that summarize your current activity:

| Total Locations | The number of Google Business Profile locations currently connected and being monitored by ResponseIQ. |
| Total Reviews | The cumulative number of reviews that have been synced across all of your connected locations. |
| AI Responses Generated | The total number of AI-drafted responses created for your reviews in the current billing period. |
| Responses Published | The number of approved responses that have been successfully posted to Google. |
Quota Usage Bar
Below the metric cards, you will find a visual quota usage bar that shows how many AI responses you have used out of your monthly allotment. The bar fills from left to right and changes color as you approach your limit: green when usage is below 50%, yellow between 50% and 75%, orange between 75% and 90%, and red above 90%.
Note
Your quota resets on the first day of each billing cycle. You can see the exact reset date displayed next to the quota bar. If you need more responses before the reset, you can purchase additional response packs or upgrade your plan.
Pro Tip
Hover over the quota bar to see the exact number of responses used and remaining, such as "73 of 100 responses used — 27 remaining."
Quick Actions
The dashboard includes quick action buttons that take you directly to the most common tasks:
- View Pending Reviews — opens the review list filtered to show only reviews awaiting your approval.
- Manage Locations — takes you to the locations page where you can add, remove, or sync locations.
- Upgrade Plan — links to the billing page where you can change your subscription or purchase additional response packs.
- View Settings — opens the settings page for configuring response preferences, notification settings, and Google connection details.
Recent Activity Feed
The lower section of the dashboard shows a chronological feed of recent activity across your account. This includes new reviews that have been synced, AI responses that were generated, responses you approved, and responses that were published to Google. Each entry shows the location name, a snippet of the review, and a timestamp. Click any entry to navigate directly to that review's detail view.
