Quick Start Checklist

Your Setup Checklist

Follow these steps in order to get fully set up with ResponseIQ. Each step builds on the previous one.

1. Create your ResponseIQ account at app.responseiq.com/sign-up using email/password or Google OAuth.
2. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email (skip this if you used Google OAuth).
3. Connect your Google Business Profile by clicking "Connect Google Business Profile" and completing the OAuth flow.
4. Select the locations you want to monitor from the list of available Google Business Profile locations.
5. Choose a plan (Basic at $29.99/month or Premium at $49.99/month) for each location you want to activate.
6. Configure your response settings — review the default AI response tone and adjust if you are on the Premium plan.
7. Wait for the first sync cycle (up to 15 minutes) or trigger a manual sync from the Locations page.
8. Review and approve your first AI-generated response from the Reviews page.

Before You Start

Make sure you have the following ready before beginning the setup process:

• A Google account with Owner or Manager access to your Google Business Profile.
• A valid credit or debit card for subscribing to a plan.
• Access to the email address you plan to use for your ResponseIQ account.

Post-Setup Tips

Once your account is fully set up, here are a few recommended next steps to get the most out of ResponseIQ:

• Enable email notifications so you are alerted when new reviews arrive.
• Check your dashboard daily during the first week to get familiar with the AI response quality.
• Pay extra attention to responses for negative reviews (1-3 stars) — these benefit most from a quick human review before publishing.
• Monitor your quota usage bar on the dashboard to make sure your plan fits your actual review volume.
• Explore the review filters to sort by rating, date, and location for efficient batch reviewing.
