Adding Business Locations
Quick Summary
Add locations to ReviewPilot by syncing directly from your Google Business Profile. Each location you add gets its own plan, quota, and billing cycle so you can scale at your own pace.
How Location Sync Works
ReviewPilot connects to your Google Business Profile through a secure OAuth flow. Once authorized, we pull in every location linked to your Google account and display them in a selection screen. You choose which locations to activate, pick a plan for each one, and complete checkout — all in a single flow.
Note
You must have Owner or Manager access to the Google Business Profile that contains the locations you want to add.
Step-by-Step: Adding Your First Location
- Navigate to Settings > Locations and click "Add Location".
- Sign in with your Google account when prompted. Grant ReviewPilot permission to read your business information and reviews.
- A list of all locations tied to your Google Business Profile will appear. Check the box next to each location you want to manage.
- For every selected location, choose a plan — Basic ($29.99/mo) or Premium ($49.99/mo). You can mix and match plans across locations.
- Click "Continue to Checkout" to open the Stripe payment form. Enter your payment details or select a saved card.
- After payment succeeds, each location is immediately activated. Reviews will begin syncing within a few minutes.
Adding More Locations Later
You can return to the Locations page at any time to add more locations. The same Google account can be re-authorized instantly — no need to sign in again if your session is still valid. New locations appear alongside existing ones and each receives its own independent subscription.
Troubleshooting Sync Issues
If a location you expect to see is missing from the list, verify the following:
- You are signed in with the correct Google account.
- Your Google Business Profile account has Owner or Manager access to the location.
- The location is verified in Google Business Profile — unverified locations cannot be synced.
- If the location was recently created, wait a few minutes and refresh the list.
Pro Tip
If you manage locations across multiple Google accounts, you can repeat the Add Location flow with a different Google sign-in to pull in additional locations.
