Switching Between Locations
Quick Summary
Navigate between your locations effortlessly using the grid view on the Locations page or the location filter on the Reviews page. ReviewPilot makes it easy to manage multiple locations from one dashboard.
The Locations Grid
The Locations page displays all your connected locations in a card-based grid. Each card shows the location name, address, current plan, average star rating, and a mini quota usage bar. Click any card to jump directly into that location's review feed.
Switching from the Reviews Page
While viewing reviews, you can switch locations without navigating back to the Locations page. Use the location dropdown filter near the top of the Reviews page. Select a different location to instantly reload reviews for that location. You can also select "All Locations" to see a combined feed of reviews across every connected location.
Pro Tip
The "All Locations" view is useful for managers who want a quick daily snapshot without clicking into each location individually.
Location Context Indicator
Whenever you are viewing a specific location's data, a context indicator appears at the top of the page showing the active location name and plan badge. This helps prevent confusion when switching between locations quickly. The indicator also appears in analytics and settings pages so you always know which location's configuration you are editing.
Quick Actions from the Grid
Each location card in the grid view has a small actions menu (three-dot icon). From this menu you can:
- View Reviews — jump to the filtered review list for this location.
- Location Settings — open the configuration panel directly.
- View Analytics — see performance metrics for this location.
- Manage Subscription — adjust the plan or billing for this location.
